Thanks so much for this article. I am very interested in native plants but have never heard of this vine. And now, I NEED it. I've recently acquired 3 different native vines plus the trumpet honeysuckle I got at an old family cemetery years ago.
It is a beautiful vine and one I also intend to have in my new gardens. This is the best source I've been able to find so far...it is a cross but the color is the same. I'm still looking for the true native vine.
