I think I'm going to explode with excitement. I'm just so happy to have a few coleus to play with while we have a late snow. Sheesh, it's spring and we're below freezing.
What is everyone doing? Are you all getting ready for spring? And what plans do you have other than coleus? Right now I have about 1500 petunia (shock wave, easy wave & tidal wave) plugs in my kitchen along with about 500 Impatiens. I can't wait for the color explosion! LOL
Here's the song for the week... this came blurting out of my mouth when I opened a package of coleus the other day and I was so happy that I was sashaying around the house dancing with my coleus. LOL I had to change one of the words.
At last my love has come along
My lonely days are over
And life is like a song
At last the skies above are blue
And my heart was wrapped up in coleus
The night I looked at you
I found a dream that I can speak to
A dream that I could call my own
I found a thrill to press my cheek to
A thrill that I have never known
You smiled, and then the spell was cast
And here we are in heaven
And you are mine at last
I just love this song. I tried to find a good video of Ella Fitzgerald or Etta James but the audio wasn't very good in them. Here's the song from a movie clip. Do you love this song too????
