very nice article, thanks.

I am fortunate that none of my pets are interested in plants, other than peeing on them, lol. My big blk lab loves laying on the asian jasmine groundcover and it invariably ruins it, but I don't hassle him over it.

About water, I keep their dish clean and full w/ fresh water but 2 dogs and 1 cat are absolutely fascinated with drinking out of my container water garden. Water gets murky at times and it doesn't bother them in the least. Also, there seems to be nothing tastier to them than water from the ditch after a nice, long rain.

Most memories of my garden are pleasant, but one of the best is when I'm puttering around and they follow. Also, one time I was startled by something and let out a big scream. My big lab came running to see if I was OK. I found myself apologizing to him and saying: "it's OK honey, mom was just overreacting.". I think he rolled is eyes, but I can't swear to it, lol

Thanks onewish!

lol voss, I'm pretty sure my animals roll their eyes at me all the time! Usually when I step on them though, LOL.
