| That looks VERY nice. Did you use bricks around a gas grill to give it more of a natural look? I really like it! |

| Very cool. I've been wanting to do an outdoor oven for a long time, but I've been told they need to be covered to keep the elements at bay. One of these days...have to get the chicken coop built first! |

| This is great sumu. I've always wanted to build something like this. Is it strictly for pizzas or can you cook other things in it, and if you can, are you going to?
I'd love to know more about the process you went through to build this. Did you make it from scratch or did you have someone create some plans for you? Was it expensive? Did you need a lot of space to create it? Were there any city or county codes or anything you had to adhere to?
Your oven looks great and I bet the pizza is amazing. I know we have one restaurant in Fargo, ND here that wood fires pizza, but they also fire chickens on a rotisserie, both of which are excellent.
Nice work. Any more pictures you have would be awesome!

| Santa vaca! (holy cow!) That looks scrumptious! I don't eat pork, but imagine you could use turkey bacon or another meat like pastrami. Can't wait to try that next year when our asparagas is producing. What kind of grill do you have them on? Obviously it's something to drain fat off - but is it a special pan from the outdoor oven people? |

| it is one of those griddle you put on the stove top burners one side is smooth the other side has the ribs for grill marks you put skewers through the asparagas so you can put them right on the grill but i used the pizza oven. |

| Sumu, next time trying wrapping the asparagus in pancetta rather than bacon. Different flavor, lighter, the asparagus comes thru more. Both are yummy!
Love your oven. I'd love one, but we have a Big Green Egg (actually, we have two) so we can get the temps that high on the Egg for pizza and no real incentive/reason for the expense of a totally cool-looking pizza oven. You did a nice job. |
