I was just wondering If anyone has ever had a guzmania who has survived root rot?

I have about 5 pink guzmania plants who all originated from one adult plant... I have one who seems to have suffered over the winter from root rot. The warm weather has come to the rescue to a degree, but the foliage lower down doesnt seem to be improving. The upper part of the foliage seems to be pretty healthy though?

Every piece of advice I've found says there is nothing down for the poor plant, but its been a while and it seems to be stable. Could it possible survive?

Thanks In advance, Lee
