I will mainly be composting fruit peels and dry foods (cereal, pop tarts remnants). No meat. Maybe some yogurt.
Does anyone have an opinion on this system?
I currently put the fruit peels directly into the soil around my roses. Sometimes I don't get them out right away and put them in a container or Ziplock baggie in the refrigerator. Everything else goes in the trash.
I appreciate any and all input on this topic. Thanks in advance, Jennifer
