Hi Everybody!
I've been looking at the landscape of some friends looking for solutions for a difficult sloping corner lot, and I'm not coming up with much in the way of brilliant ideas. Hoping some of you imaginative folks can offer some :-)
A couple of years ago they added the retaining wall in the pic that improved the look, but other problems have developed. The Pin Oak trees have grown a lot, and are now shading the lawn (and competing for moisture and nutrients) so much the grass has died under them. Some erosion issues have resulted as well, but we're not sure if its simply because of the dying of the grass, or if the wall has diverted water.
