this is a picture of it blooming now.. draping over the pot.. it bloomed all last year [ amazing ] .. and spent the winter right there.. and has come alive first thing with plenty of blooms.. I want to get more.. but what is it

It sure looks like a creeping phlox to me. Phlox subulata. It can be found in several different colors too. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/50638/
