    I live in South Florida and St. Augustine is the most common type of lawn grass. My small yard has many types of grass and weeds. Here is one.

    Maybe Axonopus fissifolius, Carpetgrass. Can you show any flowers?

    Now, since I found this excellent forum for ID, here's the next one. This is from a spreading shade tree in my back yard. Tree is 35 feet high and about as wide at the top, rough bark. Produces the fruit as seen

    What tree is this?

    here's another photo of the unknown (by me) tree. Granted it is not very well trimmed and no way to get overall photo, but here's what I got.

    The tree looks like Manilkara zapota, the Chico Sapote or Chicle Tree.
