Please help me identify this plant. It grows new plants from leaves that drop off parent plants.

Looks and sounds like a Kalanchoe of some kind.

It is Bryophyllum pinnatum syn. Kalanchoe pinnata, the Air Plant. It is an invasive weed, but has valuable medicinal qualities.
