My euphorbia is about 15 feet tall but I have never seen a flower or a leaf - is there something I can do to make it bloom?

MomMcClellan, I'm sorry but I don't know beans about Euphorbia.

I'd like to encourage you to subscribe, as that would give you access to the Cacti & Succulents forum as well as to a whole host of other resources here.

Meanwhile, you might ask about it on the Beginner Houseplant Forum (open to members & subscribers alike)... for people in most areas, Euphorbias are probably houseplants.

Good luck!
