I enjoyed your article. I especially liked your title and your opening paragraph :) It is so true, people pronounce the word differently. Growing your own herbs is especially rewarding. Our favorites include rosemary and parsley.

I love to surprise people at restaurants when curly parsley is used as a garnish; usually nobody eats it! I just pop it in my mouth! (I see no reason to let all that vitamin C go to waste.) Maybe they think it is green curling ribbon? Sadly, DH doesn't like rosemary he can taste, so we have to be more discrete.
