    Sharran-
your closing remarks are so sweet and endearing...almost like having virtual tea, and also tea in memorium.
Bottoms up to all those wonderful ladies of the past and present :0)

I'm not nearly as experimental as you, but I have tried my own tea. I used a big rose hip, some chocolate mint leaves, and a half dozen honeysuckle leaves. I liked it!

And, I thought it looked really nice in my glass mugsize teacup ;0)

Recently a dear friend gave me one of those blooming teas. I was taken by it, and so went out and bought the glass teapot, and a box of more of the teas. They look so pretty. Have you tried them? They are tea leaves sown in a shape so that when the water pours over them, they unfold into a "bloom".

    Thanks for "morning tea".
