My palo verde is looking terrible. Seems to have happened pretty quickly. Most of the leaves on the tree are yellow and dropping. The new growth at the end of the branches is green. I have another tree of the same kind and its leaves are green with yellow flowers. I'm guessing this tree is about 8 years old, so well established. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!
