I did not know anything about that pepper so I googled it. Naturally I wound up on Ytube giggling at all the bhut jolakia videos. The only thing funnier than bhut videos is salvia videos. Combining the two would be epic!
But I'm wondering why? Is it for the novelty? A feeling of power? I like hot peppers but at what point does it become impractical? I'm going to put the excess of my hot pepper crop in my bird seed to repel squirrels. I'll bet you could grind them and sprinkle them in an attic for squirrels and rats. Anyone having to repair ducts in the future might get mad though.
I'm just wondering why people grow them and what they do with them. Why would they be better than just more of other hot peppers in - say a pot of chili or something.
