This description is from the McClure & Zimmerman catalogue. I bought just a few pink ones a couple of years ago. Their loose stalks of flowers so are not as spectacular as regular hyacinths, but each bulb produces multiple stalks of flowers one after the other, and after that the bulb gets down to business--multiplying. I now have several clumps of the pinks, and last fall I bought the blues, which are even better. I recommend them highly.
