Oh, lamb burgers are one of my biggest reasons for growing spearmint! We get freshly ground local lamb at the farmer's market, and it's wonderful. That mint-onion relish works well any time that you want a lamb-burger and your fresh mint has gone dormant. Oh wait, mint never goes dormant in your zone. LOL
