Since we ended Part 6 by discovering a new ginger, I thought I would start Part 7 with a ginger in my garden. I'm not sure what the name of it is but it puts out these little purple and white flowers right on top of the ground. If I had a nice large shady spot that was not already full of other plants, I think I would start a ginger garden. There are some very pretty varieties.
