Good luck with your search - do let us know if your wife finds her dad.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the most extensive collection of genealogical information available, and its all FREE.

They have libraries there in Perth which MAY be at one of these locations:
164 Labouchere Road COMO, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, AUSTRALIA
163-173 Wordsworth Ave YOKINE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA,
267 Hardey Road, Cloverdale BELMONT, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, AUSTRALIA

OR you can find FREE information online at: http://www.FamilySearch.org

There are no charges and no obligations, just a public service.

Good Luck!
