this is a great (somewhat invasive, lol ) grower here in Henderson NV and i wondered about the fruit. Edible? I have had the flowers in tea not gotten sick but that was in moderation. I thought it was Maypop and they're toxic reportedly? How toxic is toxic?..or is this not a Maypop?

Do a google search on passiflora incarnata (maypop) and passiflora caerulea (the blue passionflower). Both are edible but incarnata tastes better. You should be able tell by comparing the flower of your vine to the pictures. Do a search for passionfruit recipes--there are a few.
