Hi all, this is my first time posting on this forum. I have two peonies (no idea on the cultivar) that we transplanted from my MIL's yard almost 4 years ago (it will be 4 years this coming fall). They have been very slow to get reestablished, but this year while still scrawny, I see more buds than I ever have. Anyway, I noticed some odd black, shriveled sections on the a couple of the stalks, and some of the foliage was also black and shriveled. I am including photos from both plants; I hope you can see what I'm talking about. Does anyone know what's going on, and is there anything I can do about it?
