Fungal leaf spots are showing up on my Korean campanula, which is otherwise very healthy in its morning sun/afternoon shade, sandy soil location (Tidewater Virginia). Should I ignore the fungal problem, or treat? If I don't treat it, is the infection likely to spread to nearby perennials and shrubs (hydrangea, azaleas, Solomon's seal, heuchera, etc.)?
