I think I know about how to harvest I just need to know when do I harvest? How big should the plants be? Do I harvest in the am before they open up thier petals? After they open up their petals or does it make a difference? Looking forward to drinking my own tea!! What are some other uses for chamomile besides tea?

A weak chamomile tea, cooled, will help prevent damping off in your seedlings.
