I was hoping someone else would answer this for you as I haven't got a clue what a rosa paintbox is. I Googled for it and came up with zilch. There is a European Gardening forum, but unfortunately as a non-paying member you don't have access to it.
Can you give me an idea what this item is so I can maybe suggest a free forum that would be a better place to post your question?
You can use the Garden Watchdog to search at least to find places that sell roses, although you'll have to look at the individual nursery websites to see if they carry that particular one. http://davesgarden.com/products/gwd/ If you scroll down on the page, you'll see areas where you can choose nurseries that carry a particular type of plant (there are 3 different categories for roses), and you can further limit results to a particular country.
