Does anyone have any good ideas about what to do with a bumper crop of sugar snap peas this year?

Hi homers!

You can share them with me :-) Just kidding...

The rabbits have kept mine trim to the point I'm not going to have any. Ugh...

Anyway, what I was going to do with the bumper crop I was hoping for was to put them on a cookie sheet and freeze them and then bag them into like a ziplock. I mostly use them for stir fry.

Thanks for the reply, vic. Surprisingly the bunnies have left mine alone-must be the dogs on all sides of me! Anyway-my family and I have really enjoyed stir fry done many ways. That's a good idea about freezing. I have been giving alot away to friends so I doubt I'll have any left over for freezing.
