Hi,
Just thought I'd share some photos from my gardens. This curvy bed is finally starting to fill in nicely. I used to put tons of wave petunias in this bed. They looked good but it was time for a change! The cost of petunias for such a large bed is very expensive and it's not the only bed I have to fill every year. So I figured perennials were the way to go. But what to plant and where to plant what???? Oh no! Well, I just started adding here and there and here are the results. There are tulips, iris, lilies, daylilies and a few odds and ends of this and that. ;o) It will change as we go through summer. Of course it's not 'finished', but is it ever??? hahahaha Now that's funny! I will try to keep adding pictures as things change throughout the summer...both the good and bad. I'm also working on 2 other beds in my yard. They have been here for a while too, but need some 'tweaking'! We'll see how the 'tweaking' goes...
Here's the before pic of this bed in May 2006.
Thanks for looking,
Sherry
