I am just starting in with some Plumerias and have had them for about 2 years I am going to send some pictures and the first one has leaves growing from the bottom of the plant I have no idea what they are and wonder if that is part of the plant and the next few I send will look like they need water put I have been giving water and fertilizer as they have been doormat can anyone tell me what i need to get them to bloom or if they will grow
