Besides Echinacea 'Mac and Cheese' and 'Tomato Soup' :p
I'm a perennial plant buyer at a great nursery in the Philly suburbs (Zone 6-7). We try to get in all the standards, but also more unusual perennials that will make garden nuts happy. Unfortunately, I'd love to go nuts on some of the more interesting lupines, but we're a hot summer area and that excludes delphiniums as well.
I can tell you what flies off our shelves, but I'm always interested in hearing reports of what is in demand. I love to splurge on new and expensive plants, but it's hard to justify if there is no demand. For instance, I bought six gallon sized Liriope 'Okina', but at $16 a pop, I'm curious to see how it will go. I'd love to source some Cyprepediums, but am worried about the price (We're stocked with Bletillas and Spiranthes, though).
I'm a heuchera nut, so I ensure at least ten varieties at any given time, and we have most all of the Echinaceas (except the two mentioned above, which are impossible to get).
