I bought a used power wheelchair that has 2 12v deep cycle batteries. Soon after purchase it acted like the batteries were weak so I had my neighbor replace them. Ever since then, when I plug it in to recharge, it causes all the radios in the house to buzz or roar with interference. The neighbor told me that when he put the cover on only one motor worked, so he took the cover off and looked, couldn't see anything and then tried it again and the motor worked. It's been working ever since. This indicates a loose connection to me and could that be causing the problem?
I'm also wondering if this interference has an effect on the other appliances and if it's harmful to them?
