good info, Critter. I just got my hands on some cuttings of Basil, and am having some luck in getting them to survive, here in Colorado Springs. (planting them in pots). I had no idea there were so many different varieties, and really enjoyed the article. We are just now getting into good growing weather, and I'm trying some new plants this year... ok, anyway...

Good luck with your new basils! They're easy to get hooked on... I can see you starting a flat of different varieties from seed next year!

:-)
