i found a nail wedged in my garbage disposal--any suggestions---

i did it--i got a broom handle and got over the broom handle and pushed the garbage disposale in reverse and then i had one of those flexible rods that mechanics use, when they drop a screw or something and can't reach it; it has a very strong magnet at the end so i used that i got that nail. Lickety split. Just had to do some thinking on my part.
