i planted some ginger from the supermarket and it grew well over the warmer months but now its coming into winter here and it's lost all it's leaves. So do i dig up the bulbs and store or leave them in dirt over winter for them to reshoot when warmer? It doesn't get too cold here, hardly a frost.
