Hi, I am new to the site so please excuse me if I do something wrong. I am in Zone 5 also (Omaha, NE) and planted several hardy hibiscus last year and absolutely love them. All them are coming up except for the Lord Baltimore. Any ideas on when/how to know that it isn't going to come up.
