5. Our kitchen table, a diminutive 30x48", barely fits in the space we have left. If we seat four at it, the person nearest the range must get up in order for the person by the back door to be able to get away from the table. We could always make the unlucky sod go out the back door and around, but we're nicer than that. ;)
