  Oct 24, 2004: Action I performed
We thought we hit a snag: Howie tried gently removing one of the baseboards with a pry bar, and the wood began splitting at a nail. It looked like we'd be cleaning, priming and painting the boards with them attached to the wall, after all. If I'd known that, I would have been more careful with the red primer!

He did figure out how to do it, though. The quarter-round moulding broke, but it was going to be replaced, anyway, after the Pergo goes in.
