This is another new cultivar added to my ever-expanding daylily collection. It was planted last October, and has bloomed this month on three scapes. Hybridized by Sikes 1987.

Large flowers are colored an off-pink. Definitely different!

The color is difficult for me to describe; something like an "off-pink" seems to fit. I think "peach" is overkill in describing colors, and is used far too often.

This picture is in 90 degree heat with high humidity and dewpoint levels. The blazing sun adds to the intensity of the color.
