Initial Notes:

half-hardy perenial grown as an annual. Variety of flower types including single, double and ruffled. gradifloras have 4" flowers, multifloras are smaller and have more flowers per plant. Needs excellent drainage. Pinch back after first bloom for bushier growth and more flowers. Feed monthly with balanced fertilizer. Shelter from wind and hard rain. Light is required for seed germination. light - full sun, part shade. blooms - summer. width - 1 ft. height .75 to 1 ft. zones 1-11.
