This is a plant I had always admired at the Huntington... now I have a chunk for my yard... wonder if it has ANY chance in winter. Put against a rock in p12 where it will get minimal rain, and afternoon sun. We'll see next winter perhaps.

got some new growth on this plant, and it's looking fine, considering January has been coldest over all January since 1971.
