Got a replacement for my precious beautiful variegated Beaucarnea, that I stupidly didn't dig up and take indoors the night of the killer freeze... not sure it's totally dead, but it's mostly dead. No signs of regrowth, at least. But this one is much older and better... and yet cost the same.. got it at Fullerton Arb sale.. in a 5 gal pot. Not bottling up great, and heard some don't... we'll see. Want to put this one in a show spot, but sort of running out of show spots..

put in pot and stuck out front (not in that order). Trunk seems rather skinny... someone said these tend not to bottle up like regular Beaucarneas... we'll see.
