park seed commercial seed. stately 30-in flower spikes in mix of blue-purple, deep red and scarlet. late summer blooming first year and mid summer to frost afterwards. grows 9 in wide. zones 6-9 10 on west coast.
Store seeds in cool place. Sow indoors 8 to 10 weeks before transplanting outdoors. Do not cover - seeds need light for germination. Bottom water, do not let dry out. Germination in 15 to 30 days at 55F. Plant 12 inches apart.
