Got a Bismarckia in winter- bad time.. planted it in Feb 07 in the spot where this one is now and it has had a single leaf since... and since it's relatively small and sluggy, decided to replace it with this huge one I saw at Home Depot yesterday for the same price (easily twice the size).

Here is leaf from February, but behind is yet another opening leaf that was evident about 10 days ago, and is opening right out of the bud... problem?
