Scutellaria 'Bluebird'
This miniature skullcap is the perfect size for small containers by itself or mixed with others. Even a sunny indoor window is not out of the question. Its bright purple flowers bloom profusely in the summertime. Prune this easy-to-grow scutellaria at the end of a blooming cycle and watch how quickly it fills in, returning to flower time and again. The ground cover pictured above is Cymbalaria muralis 'Globosa" and adds a touch of contained beauty
Hardy Zone 9 and higher for outdoors.
Full sun, grows to 8-12" in container, minimum temperature indoors 45°, blooms in summer.
