Things are looking great! Lots more green in the garden. I harvested a mess of English peas, but we haven't eaten them yet ~ I think tonight's the night. ;-)

The Dutch Irises have bloomed and I think they're done. Here's a picture from a few days ago...

Kenny parked the tall flatbed trailer next to the garden after he'd gone to town and gotten some pallets of compost and stuff, so I climbed up on top and got some pictures. They turned out great! I really should get that pipe off the fence and spread those bags of cow poop ~ they don't look so nice in the pic. ;-)

What's getting planted:

What's sprouting:
Sugar cane! One srouted about a week or more ago and there are atleast three more up now. I gotta' e-mail Wallace and ask him again about them.

What's growing great guns:
Comfrey
Walking onions (both making bulblets)
Larkspur
Tomatoes
Peppers

What's blooming:
Glads will be in a few days!
Larkspur's in full bloom
Tomatoes
Peppers
Tomatillos
Alfalfa
Comfrey
That red salvia that needs IDing
Lettuce! I think we'll pick it soon

What's bearing:
Hot banana peppers! A LOT!
One little regular banana pepper
Cayennes ~ regular and Super
Serranos
Tomatoes ~ have 3 little Patios and one Lemon Boy

What's getting picked:
Hot banana peppers ~ LOTS!
Regular banana peppers ~ one nice one so far
Cayennes ~ Kenny picked quite a few green ones yesterday
English Peas ~ only a handful out there still, I'll get 'em today

What's getting pulled up:
English Peas I think will be outta' there today or tomorrow

The purple morning glories I transplanted are doing well! The color didn't show up right ~ it's really that deep, dark gorgeous purple with the purply-magenta-pink throat. I LOVE these!

Larkspur in full bloom. All purple except for one white one. The other day, Kenny and I saw two hummingbird moths bussing around them. :-)

Gladiolus going great guns! I'm so GLAD! *grin*

The top one is the one I posted above, but it's fully open now. I gave it to Mom for Mother's Day ~ two days late, but she loved it anyway. I love my mommy! LOL!

More gladiolas are blooming! Pink ones, white ones and red ones. I got a new camera (Nikon Coolpix885 ~ I hope I like it enough to keep it), so here's a pic I took with it...
