We have started building the interior walls when we can't work on the outside.
We have decided to hire the shingling, wiring, plumbing, and taping and texturing done. We have sold our mobil home and we have to be out of it by the first week in October. If we don't hire some help, we will never make that deadline and will be homeless for awhile. Not a happy thought.

Where Tim is kneeling is the opening for a short hallway that ends with my office on Tim's left and guest bedroom on Tim's right.

Must be about time for a beer and burger. Getting pretty dark. The evenings are getting shorter every day and we are really feeling that. Not as much gets done at this time. Once we have the house wired we will be able to work much later into the evening/night. Only 53 days until October 1, and that's when we have to release the mobil home we are now living in.

Dave putting in some finishing touches before we turn the place over to the contractor who will do the sheet rock, taping and texturing. Only 25 days until we have to be out of the trailer and in here!!!
