Entries and Updates

  Jan 27, 2001
Potted up 5 pots with 4 bulbs each; divisions received from a California gardener. Placed in box (for insulation) in crawlspace. Will check on them weekly until weather warms to harden them off.

  Apr 10, 2001
Brought out from crawlspace. Gave one pot to Danny, will keep the rest in a protected area until the leaves green up (they're pretty blanched at this point.)

  Apr 29, 2001
Set in dug out area near small pond. Will keep watered and fertilized, and hopefully they'll take off. Lost a couple bulbs to rot :(
