Yes, my dear weevil, we are moving, but only about 100 feet and you are coming with us.
The cats don't know what to think about all the packing and boxes around. I feel so sorry for them as they have never had their house packed up before. I hope they handle this 100 foot move okay.

Weevil says, "If we are moving, can I get in this box, 'cuz I wanna come with you guys."
I wish there was a way to communicate with them and reassure them that they are coming with us, and we are only moving to a new home on the same property. I'm so sad about the way they are acting now that we are in the midst of actually moving stuff that they are used to being in the same place. I feel like they think I'm abandoning them.
