Originally purchased as Soehrensia schaeferi f cristata. This plant was in a 9cm pot in 1979. It died in the early 1980s. It had lovely fine orange/red spines and the start of a very broad cristate fan. (either that, or it was trying to branch dichotomously!) Either way, very unusual in a plant that is normally solitary!Back to Kaelkitty's Journal homepage.
