Germination: 10-12 days at 65-70°F. Culture: Indoors - 4-6 weeks before last frost. Light aids germination. Transplant out after danger of frost is past. Outdoors - after last frost date. Growing On: 50-55°F. in greenhouse. Successive plantings every 2-3 weeks till midsummer give best quality flowers and pods. Light/Soil: Full sun; rich, well-drained soil. Spacing: 9-15". Support required. Use: Cut flower, back of beds, borders. Harvest: Flower almost fully open.
