* 1 1/2 to 2 pounds London broil or round steak, cut in strips
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 can or jar (4 to 6 ounces) mushrooms, drained
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 2 beef bouillon cubes or equivalent granules or base
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup sour cream
Mix all but sour cream and put in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Stir sour cream into hot meat mixture about 10 minutes before serving. Serve over hot cooked noodles.Back to Carolyn22's Journal homepage.
