Low, spreading evergreen with glossy, leathery leaves covering the branches and crowding at the end of the stems in whorls. Spreads rapidly by rhizomes. Small, white, star shaped flowers blossom in late summper followed by bright red berries in winter. Excellent ground cover. Partial to full shade.Back to Copperbaron's Journal homepage.
